Not last year but the few previous years the BBC had a theme tune to the horses parade before the start of the Grand National, does anybody know what piece of music it is? I've tried asking at the BBC website but their website just sends you in circles and then don't actually let you ask a question so I hoped y'all could maybe help me. It's driving me mad so I'd be hugely grateful of assisstance!

I have been looking for this myself and I am going to enquire to the BBC via Radio 5 Live. They are much easier and better at responding to correspondance to such questions. If you enquire as well they might put a note on their site.

Wait, I found out!! I missed this years Grand National so I don't know if was on it again, but the music is from the John Hurt film Champions about a real jockey who won the Grand National after being diagnosed with cancer. The theme is simply called The Champions. It isn't available anywhere except on vinyl apparently, which is dissapointing. If you find out any more, dc, could you post it?
