Why doesn't chief codebreaker Alan Turing feature in the new film Enigma?

..because although he was undoubtedly a genius and a pioneer of computing and cryptography, he was a socially inept homosexual, and that apparently doesn't make good film material. Shame about treading over history for the sake of a politically correct story..
reminds me of the Pearl Harbor film that tried not to blame the Japanese too much..
