vpl on tv

Watching Coast on BBC2, I am wondering why there is not a standard-issue thong for BBC-TV presenters. I'm not complaining, nor am I especially looking out for vpl, but if you are going to wander up a cliff staircase with a camera, behind a tasty presenter, then it might be something to take into consideration.
