looking for music/video

A while back (about 10 years ago) there was a piece of instrumental music with a video that consisted of dancers made up with body paint and feathers to represent various African animals and birds. They moved through an arid landscape until they find water and wash off the make up.

It was shown quite often on the local cable TV channel, but I can't for the life of me remember the name of the piece, the composer or even the director of the video.

I know this is kind of vague, but can anyone help?
