I remember a cartoon i used to watch when i was young boy.
It was a page and there were boxes, i remember 4 boxes
One box had a girl in it and she wore black and yellow striped clothes and never spoke she was like a mime
The 2nd box was an artist a french artist.
The 3rd box was a picture that was like a picture that spiraled until it came to its original picture if you get me?
And the last box i remember was a black box with hands in it and it used to make things.

The programme you are describing was called zapp!
The artist was neil buchannan who also did art attack around the same time. And there was another box witha character called Cuthbert Lilly, in it, he was my favourite.
