Can anyone remember the name of a kids tv series from the late 80's/ early 90's that was shown on channel 4 on Sunday mornings. It was about a red haired girl and her family, I think her sister was called Bea. I thought it was called Rowena but I can't seem to find it on a google search. Please help, it's driving me nuts!!

Was it Anne of Green Gables? She had red plaits

Was it Ramona Q?, I was a bit old for the TV series but loved the Beverley Cleary books when I was young.
