..you know what , I was totally expecting some arrogant self obsessed tw@t of a chef*, but I must say I have been pleasantly surprised , what a top chef, when you think back to last year when Garry Rhodes and John Christoph shouted and threw things at the celeb chefs and basically just belittled them all day long, atleast Marco gives praise , encouragment and thanks! the likes of Rhodes and Ramsey expect respect without having to earn it....


*please note, he probably is an arogant self obsessed man, but as a chef he is professional in the way he treats his staff, with respect.....

Well her certainly does try to inspire them at the start of the evening and tries to get the best out of them which is a good start.

I'm pleasantly surprised by his nature as well and the way he encourages them before service. I thought the woman who said she new his ex-wife (Lisa Butcher) was very rude. He was right to say what he said as it was a personal attack on him.

I wonder if his rage will come out soon.
