Does anyone know how I can get the English subtitles to work, as all menu's are Japenese??

'p '� are the japanese kanji (characters) for english language. try going through all the options til you see it then click? good luck!

wwwjdic?1B select 'english meaning' type in 'english' make a note of the kanji then go back and do the same for 'language' and then look for those two characters (the one for english goes first) on the dvd's menu. hope this makes sense!

On my remote (so it may not work for all players), there is a "subtitle" button. Pressing this when the film is playing will cycle through the different languages available. The "audio" button cyles through the languages/commentaries.
