There's a song called Hallelujah which is played in the last episode of Series 3 of the West Wing, when CJ's secret agent gets shot. The original is by Leonard Cohen, but who sings this version?

Haven't seen that episode, but it could be the Jeff Buckley version of Hallelujah.

There are a few versions. Leonard Cohen is the original. Jeff Buckley did one - which is more frequently used on shows Rufus Wainwright does a version too.
