Why did that girl who was meant to be a save-the-animals-person strangle her own dog? there were plenty of other doctors around at the scene to ask for help, she didnt try very hard did she?!

I think it might have been because she was a fruitloop. Also perhaps to end it's suffering as most of the doctors would have told her to f off
