Anyone remember this comedian??

I used to love this comedian who had a show on about 5,6 years ago!! he was tall thin and wore a black suit with a bolar hat on and he had a cane!! His humour was dark, very wierd, political and dictatory!!

I remember i scene he did about a little dude who kept asking "WHo am i"?? "Who am i"?? over and over and all of a sudden a big voice from above him said "Your.....Curious".. Then after a huge pause the little dude then says "But why" "Why am i"?
Please someone must help me with this one!!

Jerry Sadowitz is a comedian and magician who often dresses in black and wears a top hat. He had his own series on Channel Four or Five a few year ago, could it be him?

Sounds like someone who was ripping off Bill Hicks' humour. Doesnt ring a bell tho. I guess they all influence each other.

The only other politically sort of themed comedian I can really think of is Mark Thomas but I never saw him in a bowler hat.

I am now changing my mind!! I think it is rob Newman after all!! Just seen a pic of him on the net with long hair and the 'price of oil' sketch is starting to ring a bell!!

He used to be like the sex symbol of comedy in the early 90s when the Mary WHitehouse Experience was at its height and he still had all that lovely long hair.
