Spanish Property Advert

Probably wrong section but as it is the thinking behind the advert I didn't think it counted as the Advert section.....
I have just seen an advert for Spanish properties, the guy talking through the advert is speaking in broken English and the advert ends with "Make sure you pay for your property a fair price".
My question is, the property peeps are pretty wealthy, I am sure they can afford a decent translator. Am I a cynic who thinks that they word things in slightly broken English to make us warm to the "presenter", or is there another reason for it?
