Virgin TV - How cancel set reminders for programs??

If you have set a reminder for the tv to turn over at a set time, can you cancel this? if so, how?

Press 'Home' or 'Guide' to go to the home page.

Select 'Your Reminders'.

Highlight the relevant programme and press 'OK'.

I've not got Virgin but those instructions are derived by reading through pages 10 & 11 of the manual:
