sky box standby - fire hazzard???
2 Answers
I always hear of the fire risk of leaving electrical items on standby instead of turning them off.
But yet my sky box as with all skybox (digibox) models seems do not have an off switch and only have a on/standby format.
I know it takes time for the box to warm up when is replugged in, but to me this is preferencial than the risk of fire.
Do the sky boxs not have an 'off' button due to the warm up time and the updating the box is supposed to have??? And do they not see this as a risk????
