unfortunately, that list gives films that are filmed in glasgow, rather than set there. For example, the Debt Collector was set in Edinburgh but partly filmed in Glasgow. See http://www.bfi.org.uk/sightandsound/reviews/detail
s.php?id=124. I don't deny that there will be much similarity between a list of films filmed in Glasgow and a list of films set in Glasgow but just a warning that the list IMDB gives will not be entirely accurate or comprehensive.

An early 80's comedy called 'That Sinking Feeling' I'm pretty sure was filmed in Glasgow. I fyou were to go a few miles west of Glasgow to a little fishing hamlet called Greenock (!), you could look at 'Sweet Sixteen' .....

What relation does "Trainspotting" have to Glasgow, or isn't there? I remember, very vaguely, a scene where the group are like in the middle of no-where on a train station. Did they talk about Glasgow there?
