Cartoon dogs

Trying to find the name of a cartoon dog
only got a picture

Its a white dog with black ears, loose collar, angry looking, falling from the sky, dollar signs (or 8s) along its side.

Any ideas or sites which may be of use.

Could it be Rude Dog and the Dweebs? He didn't have black ears though.

Dollar, the Rich family dog from Richie Rich who's a "Dollarmatian" (like a Dalmatian, but with dollar signs instead of spots).
