X Factor - Rhydian

I make no secret of the fact that I love X Factor. But I have never heard an artist on there that I'd spend money on buying their cds. Until now that is - i would pay good money to see Rhydian in concert or in a show. The man's a fantastic performer.

What is the fascination with this man, personally I think he is rubbish and have done since day one. He obviously only has one talent, which is operatic singing, and he doesn't even do that very well. I'm sorry but when you hear a true tenor like Pavarotti god rest his soul, or Andrea Botchelli, they are voices of true performers and make his sound like 'the cheeky girls'. I should say that he is the favourite to win, shame! Who got voted off last night by the way?, I missed it.

Before the live shows I couldn't stand him - I've grown to like him though. He's entertaining at least, and whilst he may not be the bext opera singer ever, he's definitely got talent. Would be a more boring show without him on it. Saying that, I didn't like last night's performance much!

his teacher was in the sunday mirror today, apparently he applied for Joseph with Andrew LW but didnt get passed the regional heats! I agree i think he's pretty poor!

He never seems to sing in tune

I find him strangely entertaining, but I can't warm to him at all - in fact I find him quite scary. His voice is reasonable and has good range but when I close my eyes to listen to him he sounds like lots of other show singers.
