Well, Jorja Fox, who plays Sara has been fired from the show, so they'd better get on with it if it's going to happen!

Yep- apparently Jorja Fox and George Eads (Nick) have both been fired, due to 'breach of contract'. Asking for a pay rise, and 'not providing enough assurance that she would stay'- something like that. There's an article at CBSnews.com

Apparently Fox are looking for two new, very similar type of actors to replace them - but it won't be the same.
