The simple answer is, yes you can. However, it rather depends on what you eventually want to use them for and which herbs you are considering using.
Ones like parsley and mint will become limp when you take them from the freezer, so OK for making into mint sauce or as a stuffing ingredient, but no good for decorative purposes.
Sage, thyme and rosemary...you may find it better to dry these VERY slowly in an oven and then store in airtight containers, rather than freezing them.
As they most herbs are available fresh from the supermarkets and keep reasonably well, there may not be much advantage to freezing, unless you are not able to get them frequently.
I only use freezing/drying for the excess from the herb garden inthe summer.
