Music in Channel 4 Advert

I wondered what the song was - its kind of a choral-piece (all voices no instruments). Sounds like its associated with Christmas and its played in a Channel 4 advert for the films they're putting on over the festive season.

The same song is used in the Garmin Sat Nav advert but the lyrics have been changed to fit in with the advert.

Anyone know the song and who it was written by??
