Harry Potter/Voldemort Prophecy

Will the prophecy in the OoTP ever come true? Will Harry be a murderer or a victim?

It has to come true. But I really hope that Harry will be the murderer, cuz I would bawl if she killed Harry off in the 7. That's the thing I'm worried about the most.

I seriously think that Harry Will Be Killed off and so will Voldermort. Harry Would be known as "The boy who stood up to evil" Sorry punky but I think that this will happen because who could right books and just have it come to a happy end and not tell the story anymore. She will have Harry die so that she won't have anything else to write about. She will just wrap up his life in a neat fashion....

Actually the prophesy really isn't about Harry, it's about Neville. Harry is the focus of a distraction to lead Voldemont away from an attack Neville until he finds his powers.

i think in a way he will be both, i think that in order for voldimort to die harry will have to die aswell. Also i think that jk will put harry through so much that it will be difficult for him to live with everything that has happend (he would need therapy for the rest of his life) this way he will save the world and be the hero

Varus, I absolutly agree with u. This is how the stories will end. But then I would feel sorry for Ron and Hermione. Maybe all the people in Dumbledores Army will Die.

i sort of agree w/ moonmama, but i dont know if theres a way it could happen. i thought harry would die at first...but then i realized it would completely RUIN ron & hermiones lives. so i think harry/neville will be a murderer.if harry really is the prophecy, then neville will at least kill bellatrix lestrange.

Good point MoonMama and Siruis. I know Harry might die. I just don't want him to. And I could see why J.K would kill him.

Jk Rowling said she want the 7th book to be the last book so won't it be ironic for Harry and Voldemort die together?

I think that in book 7, Dumbledore will die so that JKR will show that Harry will have to summon the courage to kill Vodemort alone, without help. I think this death will anger him so much that he'll somehow kill Voldemort through pure anger.

Of course Harry Is gonna die! That's why there never will be other books after the sevnth... If not, the he will definitly be the boy who lived!!!!

I think that Dumbledore will die to save Harry. That way the same protection that was placed upon Harry when his mother died for him with rebound once again and possibly kill Voldemort. I know that Voldemort claims that he is "much more than a man," but love is a very big concept throughout the book and Dumbledore told Harry in OoTP how much he cared about him, so wouldn't it make sense that Dumbledore's love would eventually save the boy he loves and vanquish the man he always disliked and distrusted?

I think that harry will either end up killing Vldemort or that Ron or Dumbledore will end up sacrificing themselves for harry
