who is the lady who does the narrating throughout this show? her voice gets on my nerves. I really shouldn't take leave and watch tv.

I would bet it is his wife. Don't know why, just gut feeling. And I have said this before but were David Dickinson and Hughie Green separated at birth ?? ...... !!

thanks but its defo not his wife - i've seen her on another programme with him and she has a really gravelly deep voice. I can't stand him or any of those cash in the attic/boot/granny's drawers. FFS
