Who Was The Bearded Dancer?

Back in the 70's there was a dance troup on the show 'Summertime Special'. One gentleman in this group has become a legend in our household. He could best be desribed as looking a bit like Benny from ABBA and seemed to be under the impression that the camera loved him as he would often make sure that he boogied into frame with a 'look at me' face on.

Any help will be much appreciated.
