I think everyone seems really harsh about this. The guy died. He has left a little girl who wont even remember her dad and a devasted family. Regardless what everyone thinks might have happened or what was going through his head, whether he ment it or not, we will prob never know the truth of it. But no one deserves the pain that everyone who loved him is going through.
I think it was an unfrotunate accident and before anyone jumps to judge maube spare a thought for the fact his life is now over and although the world may not seem a poorer place im sure it will be to his daughter and family.

So quick to come to conclusions that he was a druggie what if he just took some sleeping pills(which they were) and had an undetected heart condition there are also reports that he had pneumonia which could have been a factor I dont know but until the true facts emerge I wouldnt put him in the same class as Amy Winehouse who seems determined to kill herself.

How many sleeping pills do you need to take to get to sleep? Not enough to kill yourself I bet. And if he couldn't sleep, then presumably he was awake enough to be able to count them.

As harsh as I sometimes am, it is clear that 1carazy675 was a devoted fan. Afterall s/he has gone to the trouble of editing their own little tribute within a few hours of the actors demise.

And that, whatever your opinion on Mr. Ledger is, is still rather sweet.

So R.I.P I say and I hope his daughter will adjust herself to a no doubt media onslaught for the rest of her young life.

i agree 4get, well said wardy, most of you know that I am a life long fan of another actor that died under similar circumstances, and myself, and lindapinda, have really relived those days after his death through this event. No matter how many years pass, people will always be fans of Heath Ledger and remember him, and I also think that this sounds like a very sad mistake rather than a deliberate suicide.
I admire your loyalty to heath 1carazy675, Lindapinda and I know of a you tube link where a fan visits Pete's grave wirth flowers, it was filmed just last year, and both of us feel that one day qwe would want to do that, how to explain that i don;t know, but there is so much missed in life when these things happen

Just seen this Cara..I understand how upset you are. Like Dot says,I still hold the memory of an actor that meant so much to me,in great affection. None of us,can ever know how someone else really lives their lives,are how they feel. If they drink or take sleeping pills to numb personal demons,who are we to judge.
