Does anyone know the font used in the milk bar in A Clockwork Orange?

No, but this may be of use: http://www.geocities.com/malcolmtribute/aco/aco.html#fonts .(I didn't d/l it, so it may not be what you need).
Stanley Kubrick used to have a strange fondness for stationery and sometimes invented his own fonts - I believe.
The type treatment seen in the original film was created by hand and was not an established typeface.

Currently, a firm called "Typodermic" sells a font inspired by this design.
