It is called "Be young, be foolish, be happy" by The Tams. Great late 60s soul track, re-issued in the 70s.

It was re released on PROBE about 1974. You will probably find it on a compilation

No it's not be young be foolish be happy, I have that but It does sound like a northern soul record that I used to hear many years ago
