Forgive me if this is a duplicate posting, I just submitted this a few minutes ago and it has disappeared into the ether.

Did anyone see Loose Women today? I just happened to catch Tim Healy the actor singing 'Have I told you lately' to his wife Denise Welch. I honestly didn't realise he could sing, let alone so well. It was the best and most emotional rendition of that song I have ever heard.

I have always liked Time Healy, now on Valentines Day, he has stolen my heart.

I heard him too lofty - he was good. You usually find that most of these actors/actresses are fairly good singers.

Do you know Patricia Routledge (hyacintha bucket) sings and plays the pian beautifully (outstandingly in fact). Also Pauline Quirke (birds of a feather) beautiful singer - I often wonder why they never made records when you listen to half of them out there absolutely hopeless

It's often the case isn't it homerbart that people that are talented are talented in loads of other ways. Wish I were! Tim's singing has made my day! Lucky Denise Welch.

I have never heard Pauline Quirke or Patricia Routledge sing. I will explor youtube. Both wonderful actresses.

yeah i saw it too, and i was really choked, the tears filled my eyes lol, it was such a lovely unexpected touch.
i think they make a great couple, i love to hear of the stories that go on between them and listen to their bickering lol.
i do like denise and her open honest way she talks on the show and tim seems such a nice chap too, very placid.

anyway, have a happy valentines day all, are you all still sitting there buried under all your cards trying to open them all and trying to find vases for all the boquets of flowers that keep arriving.. like me........??? lol ..... not! ;o)

Well Tim Healy wrapped up with a big bow would be a nice present. He could sing to me forever. Funny isn't it, he's hardly good looking and doesn't exactly have a wonderful physique but he can come and be my valentine any day!

i know what you mean LL, it doesnt have to be good looks to make someone attractive does it, but yeah, there is something nice about him.
