a really tricky one

i remember seeing a film when i was quite young, but the only scene i can remember is where a man with a mullet turns round and has black eyes, it may have been shown on channel four as part of a 'dystopia' season alongside omega man and soylent green. any help as to what this film is would be very welcome indeed.

I'm not sure, but I seem to remember seeing a bit of a film called "The Man With X-Ray Eyes" where the man was experimenting with X-ray vision - it would have been made in the 60's - 70's. I definitely saw something in my youth where a man turned round and his eyes had gone black! Hope this helps. If it isn't that, I, too, would be interested to know what film it was.
