It's from the 2007 film My Name Is Bruce.He stars and directs.Bruce is mistaken for his character Ash in the Evil dead films and helps some people in Oregon to fight a real monster.The britfilms website lists it as I Am Bruce.Full details on IMDb

Think you will find it is from Evil Dead 3 Army of Darkness - when he splits into 2 people - normal Ash and a '3 Stooges' Ash. This image is of the '3 Stooges' Ash just before he gets his head blown off by normal Ash.
