Can anyone remember a tv programme which started with a group of people on a train. The train had stopped in a tunnel. When the people got off the train it was about 100 years in the future and a bomb had been dropped and everything was desolate and there were no people. It followed the people as they tried to contact other survivors. I can't find anyone who remembers it.

This is not an answer, but I have to say.... i just came out of the cinema after watching Son of rambo, a scene in the film is on the plot of a power station, This triggered a memory of exactly what u are talking about, and i literally came on here to search this and yours was the first question i saw before i even asked! How strange

Hi froggequene, thank you, yes that is the one. Strangely enough, the name of the programme means nothing to me but the story is the one I was talking about.

Thank you sparko33, the name of the programme didn't mean much to me but on checking froggequene's reply the story is definitely the one I was looking for. Thank you. I thought I must have been imagining it as no-one seemed to remember it but me.
