Human Body Kid's Programme

Does anyone remember a programme that was on a when I was young (mid-late 80's) and a boy and a girl used to travel around inside the human body in a little pod like thing?

Yes I do! I loved that show...the name escapes me now. There was an old guy with a white beard who would tell the kids how things worked in the body! .... arrrgh..what was the name!!?

Yeah I remember it. Bodyworks wasn't it called? And you had the germs and stuff!

I just found this link to a forum where the people where talking about it...they reckon its "once upon a time...life" but i thought it WAS body works and you could collect the parts of the body in magazine every week. http://www.sweatdrop.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1260&page=2& pp=20 - not sure about putting links .. sorry if link doesn't work

OH MY GOD!! None of my mates ever know what I'm talking about when I say Ramona!!! HEHEHE! I'm so excited! Do you remember the one where she went out in the rain and got a cold? Or where she packed her case to run away but her mum stopped her just in time? God I loved weekend mornings! BTW I think the bodyworks show was the English version of the French Once Upon a Time...Life.

Look at you with all the answers doolallygirl! Ginder Ramona was so cool, her uncle used to wind her up by singing a song called Ramona, and she had a yellow mac and wellies when she jumped in puddles in the credits at the start. How old are you then Doolallygirl and CosmoK?

Knew you were 21ish cos of the 1982! I guessed that was when you were born! GENIUS ME!! How about the Sunday morning programme about a man and a dog? You saw the dog talking but his lips didn't move (in my head they didn't anyway, they may have done and I've just forgotten). I think he was a hound of some kind with long ears but it wasn't snoopy or droopy. It's been bugging me for years this one cos I forgot the name of it and it was on in about '86.

I cannot remember Ramona and I should - I am 26! Still thinking about "Bodyworks" or "Once upon a time...life" or whatever it was. Do u remember the mad white blood cells that would charge around in their little cute spaceships!?
