Denton isn't fictional - it's a suburb of Manchester. and that is where the 'Touch Of Frost' stories are located. Location shooting is done in Leed city centre and outskirts, Dewsbury. and Thackley. all northern towns and cities used to enchance the authenticity of the scenes.
