It's unlikely that Sky would consider paying to buy in to their broadcasting rights because it wouldn't make commercial sense for them.
As the Loon as indicated, you can watch it on your local TV station out there in Spain:

Thanks all - yes I know I can watch it on TVE1in Spanish but I want to hear the commentary in English and as previously indicated I cannot pick up BBC or ITV. Ah well, thanks all, guess I'll have to put up with the Spanish commentators .
BTW Corby Hi how ya doing??? I want the Spanish nonsense song to win, it's great fun and we'll all be dancing the Chiki chiki this summer, so get practising!!

Can you get BBC Radio 2 from your satellite feed? (I know that it's available to many listeners in Spain). It always carries the Eurovision Song Contest (with Ken Bruce providing the commentary instead of Terry Wogan). You could either simply listen to the radio broadcast or, if you've got two TVs, watch the pictures from terrestrial TV but get the sound from your satellite feed. (The lip sync might not be perfect but, what the heck, it's Eurovision - who expects perfection?).
