We`ve got the whole package with BT, broadband, home phone etc. I went to catch up some programmes last night on the ON DEMAND only to find that they`ve now changed it to TV REPLAY. This new service costs 3 per week. One of the reasons we got the whole package was so that we could watch BBC programmes when it suited us. Does anyone know what`s going on with BT please ??

they've conned you. how do you think they are paying for all the cheap deals they are doing? they rope you in with a cheap price then smack you with a price increase. All i can suggest is watch the on demand service o n bbc.com it's free after all! OR (not that I am saying you should break the law) some download the shows from the many p2p torrtent servers on the net then either watch them on pc or burn to disc for watching on their own large screen tv's via a dvd player. Basically complaining to BT will do you no good.It says in the small print that they can change prices whenever they want. It's either pay or don't and carry a useless service for 18 months.

Thanks for you reply. My husband is going to ring them as soon as he comes home. There is no way that we would sit in front of a pc to watch tv programmes. We prefer to do that in comfort in the lounge. As for downloading & burning to disc, that is not a very practical way for us.
