Hi, I have had this for 3 days and cannot get to grips with how to get tracks on it. I have been ripping CD's using Windows Media Player, then opening the 'My Music' file and using the drag and drop function. I originally used the Creative Software but have since removed it as I thought it would be simpler to just use the Zen file. So I then drop the music file into the Zen file. Within the Zen file I created 2 new files so eg '80's music' and 'new music' and I dropped the relevant tracks in each. I then unplug the MP3 player and find the '80's' and 'new' file on it but the tracks are mixed up so I have some 80's in the new music file and vice versa. Some of the tracks that I dropped into file on PC, are just not on MP3 (these seem to be ripped tracks that the computer did not recognise so are titled 'unknown' - but they ARE in the Zen file on PC).

I have also tried just putting all tracks under the folder already on Zen titled 'ACM' and also just on ZEn under no file at all, but am still having same problems were some tracks are just not on MP3. Can someone tell me where I am going wrong. Thank you.
