I'm not saying that's what's good about it! The whole movie gives you an insight on what it's like to be a teacher in a rural community, and the kids are just wonderful, when taught properly!
See how they won't sit down before he tells them to? That kind of respect is lost nowadays, for the most part, because of the "pc" rules!

Have been watching since 10.30,on seeing your reccomendation Max ;-).Its like looking back at the way i was educated at primary school,with a quite similar type teacher. It's lovely to see his interaction with the kids,who have great interest in him,and want his respect! The younger kids are soo natural and funny,especially poor wee Jojo,bless him ;-)
