Girl in Incredible Hulk

Saw this yesterday under sufferance ( I work as a carer and had to escort someone). Not bad I suppose, but came out wondering what that was all about. However my question is about the girl in it, she really reminded me of someone. Can anyone think who it could be, probably someone off TV, its those strange high placed lips she has which look like she has smudged her lippy.
