What's the sci-fi film

I remember watching a sci-fi movie years ago, and it's really bugging me as to what the film is called. I don't remember much, so I don't hold out much hope, but I thought it might be worth asking, just incase.
The part I remember is either under water or in space. The crew of one ship go to investigate another ship, but come across something not very nice and are running to get off the ship. I door starts to slide shut in front of them and all but one of them get through. The unfortunate one not to make it is a young blonde woman, and they watch through a small window in the door as the 'monster' gets her.
Later in the film, someone is sitting by a large bubble type window on their ship, when the re-animated bodies of those who have been killed start to float outside the window and talk to them.
That's it, that's all I remember. I know it's not much to go on, but I'm just hoping that it will jog someones memory.

sounds like deep star six... the reanimated bodies were dream sequences, or nightmares...

one guy gets it with a CO2 discharge weapon, blows his chest out... one guy gets cut in half inside a pressure suit,

the monster gets it with a heart defibrilator, and lots of sparks... wholly improbable, but a damn good yarn nevertheless
