80's Cartoon film.

When I was yung I had a cartoon nad can't remeber the name. It was about a young guy who had created a chess game using dragons and wizards, he was then sucked into thte game. He was brought to save thier world & he falls in love with the princess At the end he is transported back into his shop and then the princess walks in. Does anybody own this or know what it's called?

Possibly "Flight of Dragons" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0083951/ . I don't think it's on DVD, so eBay for an old VHS copy is your best bet if that's the one.
