I know it's probably something to do with not allowing "free" advertising, but did anyone else find it really annoying when sections of the sides of the guys' bikes, their helmets, their leathers and the "support" cars were "pixelated out"?

This "practice" is getting very widespread, although (thankfully) it is not done on every programme............yet!

Another programme it happened on recently was some prog on C4 or C5 about bad drivers. An instructor from BSM took several participants out on a "mock" re-test. One minute, all the livery on his car was fully visible, the minute it was pixelated out, then visible again.......!

Can't say I noticed-I was too fascinated by Ewan McGregor's beard! I hope he has now shaved it off.

"Ice Road Truckers" was another one - all the truck liveries and number plates were "blurred"! As were anything written on a baseball cap!
