No it doesn't. There are 3 tunes that are themes that you hear in the background during various scenes with some of the characters (X Factors plays one of them in the background of the latest sob story a lot). There are no others on the album that describes what you're talking about, so there's only one thing for it, I'm gonna have to watch it again (what a hardship).
