Corrie Dev's Chocolates

Dev bought a box of chocolates from Rita's Kabin, they cost �16.75 quite exhorbitant from a corner shop! He should have gone to Tescos where they had an offer of Cadburys tins etc for �7.99 buy one get one free! Hope they are worth the effort he is making!

funnygirl I agree or even go to the wholesalers maybe he wanted to make an impression and let everyone see how generous he is! {or how gullible he is}

Compared to Hotel Chocolat prices they were cheap

mmmmmm hotel chocolate Ethel has just reminded me I have a bar of that in my cupboard I was saving for a special occasion. I think September the 15th is a special occasion lol yummy x
And yes I never understand why he does not just pick stuff of his own shelf or maybe dev does not stock any decent chocolate?

I would hate to run a corner shop, I wouldnt be able to fit through the doors after a few months and I would have no stock left :(

Ethel those chocolates looked delicious but still a bit pricey! noticed they were letter boxed size for easy access in the post! You can go to Thorntons and buy similar at a reasonable price less P&P I think Dev will need more than chocolates to get himself out of the mess he is in!

�16.75 seems expensive to me even if they were 70% cocoa as Rita said.... And yeah why couldn't he get some from his own shop?!

At the end of the day you are just paying for a name its like clothes some people will only wear a certain brand of clothes just to say look at me I am wearing this made from ---------.Some parents my daughter included would not put anything else on her son unless it was from Next. But now he has gone school he goes through that many trousers she has them from asda and tesco which are just as nice. Give me a box of fudge or maltesers anyday better that all your rich sickly chocs.
