Who is this actor called Richard?

desperate to find out the surname of up and coming actor called Richard (or Dickie or Dick). He's very short with brown hair and I think starred in a couple of 'Midsummer Murders'. He's going to play 'Russell' in the 3rd series of Kingdom.

Nik315 - 10/10 for effort but I'm not sure how "up and coming" an actor can be if he first appeared on screen 31 or 58 years ago.

no its not richard clothier. I see he's not on the cast list but he was definately there. He was filming and playing the part of a little pikey called Russell. grrr maybe I'll have to wait until next year until the series is aired and watch the credits :-(

The picture appers to have been taken in court - his real name would have been displayed for the hearing. Richard ??????? could be his stage name.
