the backpack question!!

Does anyone know of a childrens show, about twelve years ago now. On it, and as far as I'm aware, a Girl used to walk down by the canal, and she had this backpack thing, that came alive and started speaking to her? what was it called?

I remember one like that, I think it was called A Bear Behind because the rucksack was shaped like a bear. Is that the one?

secretspirit's right, it was definitely A Bear Behind with Lindsey Coulson. The bear was called Boz & they lived on a houseboat.
