xtra Factor on ITV+1

has anyone else not been able to get the sound on this show/channel?

I had no sound all th e way through this on +1 (in North East)

Check that your scart leads into your TV and box have not worked loose - a loose connection will give you vision but no sound.

Same here ! I'm in the North East and it was only when xtra factor was on. After that it was ok.

if you had problems you can watch online at itv.com and click on catch up or watch the repeat on itv on friday
