Hi, I am a guy from Hong Kong, Currently, I have made the on-line booking from Eindhoven (EIN) to Milan (Bergamo) in Ryanair. However, I put my Surname and given name in Wrong way. I would like to ask Is it nessary to pay the 100 Euro to make it correct? or just let it be, because what the name show in my passport is same as the name in my booking. Please kindly advise me. Thanks.

if your passport matches your ticket, you should have no problem with the ticket as it is.

Most of those working for Ryanair will neither check nor care anyway, but they probably won't be bothered looking to see if your surname is the right way around in any case
I assume you put it as in Smith John - I think you can very reasonably expect that to be accepted without a murmur because that is a very common way for many Europeans to refer to themselves in writing.
