does anybody know what the song was that was played on soccer am on sat 25/10/08.?

all i know it says something about a guy waiting for a train or a girl on PLATFORM 23, also it says something about a clock stuck on 59 and time is slowing down....

it sounded like the streets sort of singing.
please i cant find this anywhere.
