He has resigned from his Radio 2 job. Jonathan has issued a public apology. Jonathan and Brand were a disaster. I hope Jonathan has learned by this mistake 'cos I really enjoy his programmes usually. Friday won't be right without him and I love his Saturday show.

I personally feel Ross wouldn't be a loss to the BBC. �6 million per annum for making schoolboy remarks to his guests, particularly the females with whom he seems to revel in making squirm with his peurile, smutty remarks. I find him about as funny as a plane crash.

As for being a film critic, I believe Stevie Wonder could do a better job.......................!

As for Brand, the sooner he crawls buck under his stone the better.
