'Bodged Hitmen' Unknown TV/Film. Please Help!

I recently watched a TV show / Film where a woman hired 2 men to kill her husband. The two men were idiots though and they took this man up to a hill to kill him but they couldn't do it. They argue over which one should pull the trigger. They tell the man to leave the country and let him go. However the woman then sees her husband walking down the street and confronts the two Idiotic Hitmen as to why he's still alive.

Does anyone know what this is??
