I've been given a Zen Micro mp3 player. However, it has no firmware on it!! The player boots up in recovery mode - windows detects it as a zen but wont then go any further..it knows its there but the zen software or media player wont accept it - when i try to update the firmware it tells me the player is not connected. Any ideas would be great - thanks in advance - Carlos
